A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Sunday at 6:55 a.m. for dense fog until 9 a.m. for Western Chester, Eastern Chester, Western Montgomery and Eastern Montgomery as well as Delaware, Philadelphia and Bucks counties.

"Areas of dense fog have developed. Morning motorists should exercise caution and watch for rapidly changing visibility. The fog should dissipate towards mid-late morning," says the weather service.
