1Rumson, NJ – One of Monmouth County’s most recognizable dining destinations, Salt Creek Grille, will close its doors on December 31 after nearly three decades of serving upscale fare along the Navesink River.
The waterfront restaurant, once known as a gathering place for the area’s well-heeled crowd, announced the closure in a letter to patrons this week.
After 27 years, management confirmed the decision follows the end of the restaurant’s lease.
