Pumpkin smashterpiece: First Helena Pumpkin Smash adds gourds to sustainability

The City of Helena and Lewis and Clark County hosted its first Pumpkin Smash event at Performance Square Nov. 7 to use overdue or rotting pumpkins for compost.
