Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray on Sunday alleged that a drone was spotted near his residence in Mumbai, claiming it was seen “peeping" inside before flying away when noticed.
“A drone was caught peeping into our residence this morning, and when the media learnt about it, the @MMRDAOfficial is saying it was a survey being done for BKC with permission of the Mumbai Police," he wrote.
Sharing a post on X, Thackeray said the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) later stated that the drone was part of a survey for the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) conducted with the permission of the Mumbai Police.
He then questioned the explanation, asking, “What survey allows you to peep inside homes and fly out quickly when spotted? Why weren’t residents informed? Is MMRDA only
