TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Authorities have released the name of the victim and suspect from a fatal shooting in Tucson on Friday, Nov. 7.
The Tucson Police Department said 24-year-old Arturo Gastelum and 21-year-old Jerome Middleton III got into an argument at a home in the 4600 block of South Calle Jon around 10 p.m.
The TPD said Gastelum was shot and left in a vehicle, which later crashed near Campbell and Irvington. He died at the scene.
Middleton also left the area before officers arrived and was arrested the next day on a charge of second-degree murder.
This was the third fatal shooting in Tucson this month alone.
