Police are looking for whoever is responsible for shooting a 37-year-old man in Oxnard on Saturday night.
According to the Oxnard Police Department, officers and paramedics were called out to the 400 block of West Hueneme Road around 9:50 p.m.
The location provided by officials is about a block from the border of Oxnard and Port Hueneme.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located the man inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries after officers provided immediate medical care.
