Strictly Come Dancing fans got seriously emotional as George Clarke announced the heartbreaking reason behind the song choice for his next dance.

The YouTuber and podcast host spoke about the deeply personal choice after he was put through to next week's competition with dance partner Alexis Warr.

Speaking to host Claudia Winkleman, George revealed he was dancing to Keane's Somewhere Only We Know as it meant a lot to his family.

He said: "At the start of the series you get asked if there's a playlist you listen to and what sort of music you like.

"The only song I said was 'Somewhere Only We Know' because my sister sang it at my grandad's funeral and I knlw it means a lot to my family.
