BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man is facing charges after a crash early Sunday morning.
According to City of Buffalo officials, Buffalo Police responded to a crash on Niagara Street around 7:30 a.m. Sunday, for reports of a vehicle that had left the roadway.
Following an investigation, officers determined that the driver, a 35-year-old man from Buffalo, had driven his car off of Unity Island Drive, landing onto Niagara Street below.

Officers found that the driver had been driving with a suspended license. The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
No injuries from the scene were reported, the incident is under investig
