TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Two people face felony charges after stealing a dog during an armed robbery, according to police.

It happened Thursday night at 9:45 p.m., according to police. The location of the robbery was redacted in court documents.

Investigators said Damar Ellis, 29, and Porsha Barringer, 30, threatened a person with a gun after breaking into the location. They then took off with someone’s dog, police allege.

Ellis was arrested early Friday morning, records show. Barringer was arrested Saturday afternoon.

Both face first-degree charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Court documents didn’t provide more details about what happened.
