LUFKIN, Texas — The feeder lanes on Loop 287 have reopened following a major crash that hospitalized two people.
Lufkin Police said the crash occurred on the feeder road in front of Palms Shopping Center on Loop 287 exiting to U.S. 59 South. Two people were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. As of 4:00 p.m., the road has been reopened.
"Thank you for your patience while the roadway was closed," Lufkin Police said. "Please keep the families in your prayers."
