AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas high school football playoffs begin Thursday, and several programs across Central Texas are putting it all on the line to get to AT&T Stadium in mid-December.

The bi-district round kicks off the postseason with games Thursday, Friday and Saturday across the Lone Star State. In the Austin area, Districts 25 and 26 in Class 6A face off across the two divisions.

Lake Travis, the District 26 champion, takes on Round Rock at 7 p.m. Friday at Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex in 6A-Division I play. Hutto hosts Bowie at 7:30 p.m. in the other D-I matchup. In D-II, Vandegrift and Westlake are set for a showdown at 7 p.m. Friday at Monroe Stadium, while Dripping Springs hosts Vista Ridge at 7 p.m. Thursday.

San Marcos hosts Eagle Pass at 7 p.m. Friday at Toyota Rattler Stad
