NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Vanderbilt LifeFlight has shared the identities of those involved in Saturday’s deadly helicopter crash.
Vanderbilt LifeFlight 1 crashed in a field in the 7100 block of Cairo Bend Road in Wilson County at around 2 p.m. on Saturday

Crew members on board the helicopter were identified as Allan Williams, RN, Flight Nurse/Paramedic and Andrew “Andy” Sikes, Critical Care Flight Paramedic, and a pilot.
Williams did not survive the crash. Sikes and the helicopter’s pilot, who is not being identified, per the family’s request, were seriously injured.
