GRESHAM Ore. (KPTV) - A Gresham man who uses a wheelchair is missing after scheduling a medical transport on Saturday morning, according to police on Sunday.
According to the Gresham Police Department, 41-year-old Kai Santos left a care facility in the area of Northeast Fifth Street and Northeast Hood Avenue, where he lives, at about 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
He is believed to have been picked up by the transport company Ride To Care.
Santos is a double amputee and quadriplegic, and his family says they have not been able to find out where he was taken since.
He is a Filipino man with close-cropped black hair and brown eyes who uses a wheelchair at all times.
