HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man has been arrested after allegedly selling drugs to a juvenile that resulted in the teens death, Huntington Police say.

According to investigators, Tony Eldon Lee Jr. has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance causing death after a 15-year-old boy reportedly overdosed on drugs sold to him by Lee.

Police say the investigation found that Lee and the juvenile’s mother were living together at the time of the incident, when Lee sold the drugs to the victim.

Lee was found Sunday in the west end of Huntington and initially gave officers a false name, according to police. He was quickly identified and taken into custody.

Lee is being held at the Western Regional Jail on a cash-only bond.
