MANCHESTER, Conn. (WFSB) - A 21-year-old Manchester man was seriously injured on Saturday afternoon when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed near the intersection of Grant Road and Hartland Road.
Manchester Police Officers responded to the area around 1:59 p.m. for a report of a motorcyclist lying in the roadway.
The investigation revealed that the motorcyclist was traveling south on Grant Road when he lost control and crashed near the intersection with Hartland Road, police said.
The Manchester Fire Department responded to provide on-scene medical care. The injured motorcyclist was transported to Hartford Hospital with serious injuries.
