STORRS, CT (WFSB) - The No. 4 UConn men’s basketball team is set to take on Columbia in Storrs on Monday night.

Tip off is set for 6:30 p.m. at Gampel Pavilion.

Pregame is on The Wax at 6 p.m. Fans can catch the game on FS1.

Before Monday, the Huskies and the Lions met 11 times, the first of which happened in 1953. While Columbia won the first and another in 1976, UConn captured the other nine.

The last game was a 77-73 overtime victory for UConn in 2017.

The Huskies are looking to go 3-0 on their season-opening homestand.

They earned a historic 110-47 win over UMass Lowell in Hartford. They set a new program record with a 47-point lead at halftime.

Tarris Reed Jr. made his season debut with a 20 point and 12 rebound double-double.
