Dehradun : Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited Uttarakhand on Sunday for the state’s silver jubilee celebrations. But ahead of the event, a fake letter has gone viral on social media, causing confusion and controversy.

The letter, which appeared to be from Devbhoomi Uttarakhand University, claimed that students would get 50 internal marks if they attended the Prime Minister’s rally at the Forest Research Institute (FRI) in Dehradun.
