CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Justin Sutton made sure to catch a scary moment on camera outside of his home in Ohio City.

“It’s usually not like that so when 20 cop cars show up you pull out the phones,” said Sutton.

He said around 10 Saturday night he heard a loud crash.

When he looked outside, he found cop cars lined across Fulton Road, so he decided to record the chaos.

Lakewood police confirmed officers were chasing two suspects in a stolen car from W. 117th Street in Lakewood into Cleveland’s Ohio City.

Sutton said an innocent driver was almost hurt.

“We talked to a woman who outside of our driveway and she had almost been ran off the road,” said Sutton.

During all of this, Momocho restaurant, just steps away from the scene went under lockdown as police arrested two people.
