HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - An Evansville man is facing charges after police say he threatened car wash staff with a gun.

EPD states it happened at the Finish Line Car Wash on Hirschland Road. According to a police report, Jason Schimmel, 46, had been aggressive with staff last month and was told not to come back.

Police say he went back to the business Saturday and when told to leave, he allegedly started yelling racial slurs, pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot the employees.

Schimmel is being charged with Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon.
