Missouri State quarterback Jacob Clark completed four straight passes on the final drive, including a 13-yard touchdown to freshman Tristian Gardner with 27 seconds remaining, to lift the Bears to a 21-17 comeback win at Liberty on Saturday. Clark finished 20 of 33 for 286 yards and two touchdowns while also running for a score as Missouri State improved to 6-3 overall and 4-1 in Conference USA. The Bears trailed 10-0 at halftime after being limited to just 84 yards in the first half but rallied with three touchdowns in their final four possessions. Gardner led all receivers with 80 yards on five catches, while Jmariyae Robinson added five receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown.
