GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Hotels, motels and Airbnbs in Kent County generated a record $274.1 million in room revenue in 2024, driven by a modest increase in room prices and strong sales among leisure and group travelers.
Last year’s room revenue was 6% higher than in 2023 and 19% higher than in 2019, according to Experience Grand Rapids, Kent County’s convention and visitors bureau.
