The commercial Vehicles business of Tata Motors will be making its market debut following the demerger from Tata Motors on November 12. The demerged entity that has been renamed as Tata Motors Limited (‘the Company’) will be listed on NSE and BSE .

“The equity shares of the Company are scheduled to be listed for trading on the Stock Exchanges on November 12, 2025,” mentions a communication from the Tata Group.

In October, Tata Motors started trading on with its demerged business — the passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle business. The company’s shares dropped 40 per cent last month; a notional decline post its demerger. Comments
