NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt University Medical Center has identified two of the LifeFlight crewmembers involved in a helicopter crash that left one dead and two critically injured.

Flight Nurse/Paramedic Allan Williams was killed in the Nov. 8 crash. Critical Care Flight Paramedic Andrew “Andy” Sikes and the aircraft’s pilot, who is not being publicly named at the family’s request, were seriously injured and remain hospitalized at Vanderbilt, The Tennessean reported.
