CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa ( KCCI ) - RAGBRAI is celebrating its Iowa roots with the unveiling of its 53rd-annual RAGBRAI “Iowa Classic” logo and new cycling kit.

Registration for the July 18-25, 2026, ride opens November 15 at RAGBRAI.com .

RAGBRAI, or the Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is an annual seven-day bicycle ride across the state, and is the oldest, largest, and longest recreational bike tour event in the world.

The new RAGBRAI kit, designed by Primal Wear, Inc., draws inspiration from one of Iowa’s most recognizable landmarks — the small-town water tower.

RAGBRAI says the landmark is beloved to its riders and is an American classic — a staple right alongside blue jeans and apple pie.
