PHOENIX — 12News is tracking flight delays and cancellations at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on Monday morning.

According to Sky Harbor's website , there are more than 400 delayed flights and over 70 cancelled flights over three days.

In a statement to 12News at 11:07 a.m. on Monday, the Federal Aviation Administration said that in accordance with an emergency order to reduce commercial and general aviation flights to maintain safety during the government shutdown, the FAA has issued a "Notice to Airmen", restricting general aviation at 12 high-traffic airports across the country. One of the 12 airports is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
