DON’T FALL FOR THIS

There are so many scams out there nowadays, it’s hard to keep track of them all. One recent racket was reported by someone waiting for an Uber Eats order in Brookline on Oct. 5. The person told police they received a phone call from someone claiming to be from the restaurant preparing their order, and they were “requesting verification of information before delivery,” police wrote .
