Prince Edward Island's transportation minister says he's not ruling out eliminating registration renewal stickers on vehicle licence plates after New Brunswick recently pushed for a similar move for drivers in that province.
Ernie Hudson said Friday that if the proposed legislation passes in New Brunswick, P.E.I. would be one of just three provinces or territories that still requires the stickers.
"It would leave our province, Nova Scotia and Nunavut that would be the only three jurisdictions across the country that would be continuing on with the stickers on the license plate," Hudson said.
