SPRINGDALE, Ohio (WXIX) - A Greater Cincinnati dad is accused of downing 12 drinks at Grandma’s house and then driving his wife and three children, nearly striking a police cruiser, court records show.

It happened Sunday at West Kemper Road and Northland Boulevard in Springdale, police wrote in an affidavit.

Amilcar Ramirez-Reynoso, 31, was more than three times the legal limit in Ohio of 0.08, according to the sworn statement.

“His wife and three children in the car indicated he had 12 drinks at their grandmother’s house. The driver was transported to the PD where he provided a breath sample of 0.291,” the affidavit states.

His children are 7, 8 and 9, according to his criminal complaints.
