A selection of the city's pubs and restaurants have been named the best in the country by a top industry awards.

The Scottish Licensed Trade News Awards (SLTN) sees the best in the business named by experts in the industry, with their coveted corkscrew trophies handed out to pubs, bars, restaurants and staff from across the country.

Home to one of the country's best food and drink scenes, it'll come as no surprise that Glasgow names took home a slew of awards.

The awards, now in their 29th year, the awards were held at the Glasgow Hilton last week and were hosted by Scottish actor and Hollywood star Alan Cumming.
