Tracy Morgan is starring on his new series, Crutch, a spin-off of the ever-popular The Neighborhood (which is in its eighth and final season). He’s also prepping for his upcoming comedy tour, starting in February 2026. So, the Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock alum is making sure he stays in peak condition.

“I work out every day,” Morgan exclaimed to EBONY in a recent sit-down. “I walk two and a half miles a day. I have my trainer come over here and work me out. I’m living.”

It’s good to see Morgan, who was critically injured in a multi-vehicle accident in 2014, up and on his feet.
