NEW YORK (PIX11) – New Yorkers started finally getting full SNAP benefits reloaded to their EBT cards on Sunday, according to the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.

An appeals court refused the Trump administration’s request for a hold on fully funding SNAP on Sunday, which leaves a lower court ruling forcing the government to fund the program in place.

The Trump administration on Monday asked the Supreme Court to keep full SNAP payments on hold.

Any SNAP recipient whose EBT card isn’t accepted despite having money on it can file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General by clicking here.
