TYLER, Texas — Veterans Day events are happening across East Texas to honor the men and women who have served in the U.S. military.

The federal holiday is held every Nov. 11 to recognize those who have served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Space Force for their sacrifice and service.

TYLER

Christus Health will honor veterans during a Veterans Day ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 11 at the Wisenbaker Conference Center at the Christus Mother Frances Hospital.
