A last-minute complaint forced a Michigan high school football team to adjust its field goalposts at its home stadium hours before a playoff game on Friday.
Division 6 Kingsley scrambled to fix its goalposts at Rodes Field in Kingsley, Mich. ahead of its district final showdown with Traverse City St. Francis after a parent of a St. Francis player notified the Michigan High School Athletic Association that Kingsley’s posts were not regulation size.
