Pairing with his upcoming documentary, “SURFILMUSIC,” to be released sometime next year, Jack Johnson’s 2026 North American tour of the same name celebrates the soft rock star’s beachside roots. Per the title, the film explores Johnson’s journey from surfer, to filmmaker, to acclaimed musician, combining elements of “Thicker Than Water” from 1999 and “The September Sessions” from 2000 to highlight how his point of view continues to shape his career.
