An hour-long ceremony, open to the public, will commence at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Rodney Heard, Fort Custer National Cemetery director, confirmed with MLive.
The ceremony will feature a flyover from the Hooligan flight team, as well as a ride-through from the Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders.
Retired U.S. Air Force and Michigan Army National Guard Col. Frank Walker will serve as the master of ceremonies, according to information pro
