GREEN BAY — Give Jaire Alexander this much: It was never dull when he was around.

Alexander, who was Brian Gutekunst’s first-ever pick as the Green Bay Packers general manager in the 2018 NFL Draft, was a two-time second-team All-Pro (2020, 2022) and one of the league’s top cover cornerbacks when he was at the peak of his powers.

But his seven-year run in Green Bay also had its share of wild-and-crazy — and, truth be told, problematic — moments, before it ended with his release in June.

“Definitely got a lot great memories from Ja being here,” quarterback Jordan Love said this week, as the Packers (5-2-1) prepped for Monday night’s game against Alexander’s new team, the Philadelphia Eagles (6-2) at Lambeau Field.
