The British Royal Family is marking Remembrance Sunday .

Princess Catherine (aka Kate Middleton ) joined Queen Camilla up on the balcony of the Foreign Office building as they watched the ceremony on Sunday (November 9) in London, England.

Down on the ground, King Charles led the procession as he marched with Prince William , Prince Edward , 10,000 veterans, politicians, and the public. King Charles , 76, then placed a wreath during the solemn ceremony held at the Cenotaph on Whitehall and lead a two-minute moment of silence.

Remembrance Sunday is held to remember the service and sacrifice of all those who have died in wars and conflicts.

The night before, Prince George joined Kate at the Royal British Legion’s annual Festival of Remembrance .
