EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A local bail bondsman has been arrested following an extensive investigation by the Evansville Police Department.
EPD says 42-year-old Timothy Moyes was arrested on a long list of serious preliminary charges, including Attempted Rape, Kidnapping, Criminal Confinement, Promotion of Human Sexual Trafficking, Burglary, Stalking, Sexual Battery, Failure of Bail Agent to Collect Full Premium, Voyeurism, Residential Entry, Impersonation of a Public Servant and Battery Resulting In Bodily Injury.
The investigation began in early July, when officers responded to multiple 911 calls at a local Walmart. According to police, the callers reported two bondsmen trying to arrest a woman.
