GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro woman claimed the first $250,000 top prize in a new North Carolina Education Lottery holiday scratch-off game, officials announced on Monday.
Jacqueline Colvin won the prize after buying a $20 Winter Winfall ticket at the Harris Teeter on West Friendly Avenue in Greensboro, according to the North Carolina Education Lottery.
