HUDSON, Wis. (WFRV) – A Wisconsin high school student was arrested after allegedly bringing a firearm and ammunition to school in October and making threats toward other students.
The Hudson Police Department says law enforcement was first notified of a firearm concern on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Hudson High School regarding a weapon located in a vehicle in the high school parking lot. Officers recovered the firearm and ammunition from the vehicle.
School officials and law enforcement interviewed the student and their parents, learning the student had split time between both parents’ homes and was transporting the firearm to help with a varmint issue at one parent’s residence. The student was removed from school, and the firearm and ammunition were secured. The school later sent a
