Victim’s head brutally stomped in downtown Shreveport, SPD ask for help identifying suspect

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Authorities are requesting assistance from the public in identifying a man involved in a violent assault that occurred downtown a few weeks ago.

According to a Facebook post by the Shreveport Police Department, the suspect allegedly delivered a sucker punch to an unsuspecting individual and then proceeded to stomp on the victim’s head while they were on the ground.

In a statement, SPD says, "There’s nothing tough about attacking someone who can’t defend themselves; it’s cowardly and dangerous. We need your help to put a name to this face."
