AUSTIN (KXAN) — Six Texas State players face suspensions following a postgame brawl Saturday against Louisiana, the Sun Belt Conference announced Monday.

The Ragin' Cajuns handed the Bobcats their fifth consecutive loss in SBC play 42-39. After the game, players from both teams were involved in two separate incidents, one on the field and the other in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium in Lafayette, Louisiana.

SBC commissioner Keith Gil issued the following suspensions to players from both programs: • Texas State Tymere Jackson, 2 games Khamari Terrett 1, game Justin DeLeon, 1 game Kyran Bourda, 1 game JP Deeter, 1 game Devarrick Woods, 1 game • Tymere Jackson, 2 games • Khamari Terrett 1, game • Justin DeLeon, 1 game • Kyran Bourda, 1 game
