OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — Noah DeHollander, a 24-year-old former West Ottawa Middle School teacher, pleaded no contest to three counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC), according to court records.

DeHollander was accused of inappropriately touching three 12-year-old boys who were students at the school between January and September of 2024, according to reporting from the Grand Haven Tribune.

The Tribune also obtained an incident report filed by the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, which they reported stated DeHollander "ran his hands over the students’ clothes near their thighs and genitalia."

DeHollander pleaded no contest to the three fourth-degree CSC charges as part of a plea agreement. For his plea, the prosecutor's office agreed to drop three counts of second-degree CSC
