HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Emergency crews responded to a fire at the city of Hartford’s southwest neighborhood on Monday afternoon.
At around 12:51 p.m. firefighters were called to the area of Newfield Avenue after a report of a working fire, the fire department said.
When crews arrived, they found a fully-involved two-bay garage fire.
Firefighters were able to make a defensive attack and bring the fire under control.
No injuries were reported and no one was displaced in this incident.
Official said two vehicles sustained fire damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time.
No further details were released.
