Gogglebox viewers have realised that a new star on the hit show has a very famous sibling.

The Channel 4 reality programme, which has chronicled various families watching telly for over a decade, recently returned with its latest series and introduced a slew of new cast members.

Among them were Sara, aged 87, and her daughter-in-law, Lara, aged 57, who set about dissecting the biggest offerings on British telly over the past few days.

They joined the show alongside regulars Jenny and Lee , The Siddiquis, The Malones, Giles and Mary, Ellie and Izzi Warner, David and Shirley, the Plummers, and the Worthingtons, all of whom are known for their witty comments while tuning into the latest TV programmes.
