Rosamund Pike appeared on The Graham Norton Show alongside Glen Powell, Michelle Yeoh, Jack Whitehall and Ed Sheeran.

She told Glen, he reminds her of Tom Cruise: " There’s a warm quality about you that he has. "

Tom and Rosamund had previously worked together on 2012’s Jack Reacher.

Rosamund also revealed that she was really nervous before starting on the 2014 movie Gone Girl, but Tom helped calm her nerves.

She said: “The night before I started filming Gone Girl, I was so frightened, and I couldn’t sleep. So at four in the morning I wrote to Tom saying I wasn’t up to the role and I was terrified. And he sent me the kindest letter immediately saying, ‘You’ve got this and you are ready.’ ”
