Delhi witnessed a powerful explosion near the Red Fort on Monday night, which was reportedly heard up to 1 km away. The blast caused significant damage to nearby shops, prompting shopkeepers and passersby to flee the area in panic.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as terrifying. One resident said, "I have never seen such an explosion in my life.

I was so scared that I fell three times." An elderly man reported seeing flames from his home, while an auto-rickshaw driver near the site was injured.

Another witness recounted the gruesome aftermath, stating that he saw a severed hand lying on the road. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the blast and assessing the extent of the damage.
