A provocateur and self-proclaimed First Amendment activist on Monday refused the possibility of a plea deal for a charge of electronic harassment and will now have a jury trial.

Shaun Porter appeared in court on Monday and said he has retained a lawyer and intends to call two witnesses during the trial.
