Launceston College's Ray Dohm, Liam Lucas and Thomas Squires competed in the Australian Esports League Rocket League national final in Melbourne last month, finishing runners-up to Brisbane's The Lakes College.

The trio qualified for the championships by winning a term-long competition, getting an all-expenses-paid trip to PAX Australia.
