SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Bundle up because we have another very cold night ahead! Temperatures will quickly plunge into the upper 20s and low 30s overnight thanks to a clear sky and light winds.
After a cold start, Tuesday afternoon will end up being gorgeous with plenty of sunshine and temperatures rebounding into the mid and upper 60s.
As high pressure slides east of the ArkLaTex for the second half of the week, our wind will switch to the south signaling a major warming trend. By Wednesday, temperatures will be approaching 80 and then we should be in the low 80s each day through Saturday. Overnight lows will also be significantly warmer with readings generally in the 50s and low 60s at night.
